Interview tips for human resources assistant at Riverside Superior Court?

I have not been on many interviews and i am incredibly shy. The hardest thing for me is trying not to give generic answers. "hardworking, honest loyal etc" i want to stand out because i realize anyone can say that about themselves but i'm not sure how to make them see it. I am 21 years old and am currently working at the court as a temp employee through an outside agency, and i've had interviews with them before and not gotten the job. I don't have much experience with human resources but i have an excellent resume and have no problem getting the interviews. i just need some advice on how to make an impression

There is a saying that first impression last. While your resume' seem impressive there is yet another conclusive evidence you need to accomplish. By convincing the human resource officer that what is mentioned in your curriculum vitae is a product of pure and fruitful painstaking burning of eyebrow or hard work. In other words, you must be able to articulate and explain adequately all essential impressive experiences and knowledge on the job you intend to assume.
