I need help on how to put what I did during my internship as experience on a resume.? |
I am a graduate student in criminal justice and criminology. I will be leaving the current field I am in and will be trying to transition over to the cj field soon. I spent my internship with a police department going out on patrol with them (in the squad cars). I pretty much saw everything that they deal with. Any suggestions on how to put this on a resume? Look at your traing not as schooling but as a job and transfer everything that you did in that job over. Where it says last job held, you put internship with police department and go from there. You earned that experience and it qualifies as job performance, job training, and job experiance. GL! Don't forget the Donuts, coffee and "other" items that were not paid for. LIST EVERYTHING! Just put: As a graduate student in criminal justice and criminology |
