What are some good things to put in a resume' ?

i have no idea what to put in my resume' , i want to make it sound interesting and fun but not go to overboard. any ideas or examples?

First of all, I would encourage you to do some internet surfing and look over resume templates and tips. When I look at someone's resume, I want it to be clear, consise and to the point. No fluff. I don't have time to weed through thousands of resumes that are filled with unimportant details and have not been thought out.

HOWEVER< a person's personality is important to me as well, but in order for that personality to matter they need to have the qualifications. If I find while going over their resume that they are qualified I will read their cover letter. That is where you sell yourself and can truely display your "Fun and interesting" side.

SO my resume tip would be to make it a one page, informative but not babbling sheet of job history, education, references and objective. Then sell yourself with the cover letter.

OH! and there is nothing I hate more than pretty paper, glitter in the envelope and scented resumes. I want to see professionalism, not your Lisa Frank abilities.
