How long should someone be at a job before they can put it on thier resume and start looking for another job? |
I've been at my job for three months. Hate it! I've been interviewing for other jobs without it on my resume but the stuff I do here could be valuable on my resume. Should I stick it out a while longer or just go ahead and put the job on my resume now and look for another job? I recently graduated college last may. Should I stick it out a while longer or just go ahead and put the job on my resume now and look for another job? you should put it... it's a matter of transparency/honesty that your new employer will surely appreciate... however be ready to answer: why do you want to leave this employment?... you need have that clear when you go to an interview... Very personal, it depends on the person, could be a year, coud be 5 Keep looking for something better. Cant hurt anything. Make sure you put this job on your resume though, especially if it adds to it. |
