What should a college student do to improve his resume or CV?

I'm a college student (Sophmore, Undergraduate) and I was wondering what a person could do to improve or enhance his resume, in terms of activities..etc.

Try getting a job...it might be easier to do work-study jobs or on-campus jobs.

It depends on what your major is and what you plan on doing in your career.

For example, I am a Biomedical Engineering student along with pre-medicine and I volunteer at a hospital and have a work-study job with the Health Services at my school!
